Senior Quantitative Research Consultant

The Role:
As a Senior Research Consultant within the financial services team, you’ll be instrumental in managing client relationships and delivering deep-dive quantitative insights to drive our division forward. You will focus on exceeding client expectations through advanced data analysis and mentoring junior team members. This strategic role offers the opportunity to contribute to an essential growth category.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of data-driven reports and quantitative analysis.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client priorities, using quantitative data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Produce periodic deep-dive reports, incorporating advanced quantitative analysis and insight generation.
- Execute medium complexity ad-hoc quantitative analyses and support on more complex requests.
- Apply quantitative research methodologies to enhance client value and improve service delivery.
- Support internal teams in refining production processes using automated techniques for quantitative data analysis.
- Present research findings to senior management and contribute to SOWs and sales pitches.
- Lead training programs focused on quantitative research methods and data analysis.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering engagement and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in a research agency environment or a quantitative research role.
- Background in banking or financial services.
- Strong client service focus with a track record of delivering data-driven customer insights.
- Experience managing research from design through delivery.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS and Q.
- Ability to lead and drive a high-performing team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
