Security Officer - QLD Rail

About the Role:

Securecorp is seeking Part-Time Security Officers in Brisbane to support one of our largest public transport contracts.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to earn extra income, gain experience, and make a difference in their community by ensuring public safety and comfort. Officers will patrol moving public transport vehicles, respond to incidents, provide first aid, deliver excellent customer service, and liaise with external stakeholders.

Roster Requirements: Full availability on Friday and Saturday nights is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned public transport routes
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Provide first aid when required
• Deliver professional customer service to the public
• Liaise and assist external stakeholders, including emergency services
• Write accurate incident reports and maintain data logs

Skills & Experience:

• Must hold valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Valid QLD Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
• Availability for Friday and Saturday nights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to security incidents
• Positive attitude, professional presentation, and teamwork mindset
