We are seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our growing and friendly Café team in our The Landings village. You will provide a warm, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to our residents and other guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and always maintained in line with resident expectations.
Duties and responsibilities29.46 per hour + superAssist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all residents and guestsProvide quality coffee and food to all residents and guests in a professional and friendly mannerAssist with Café and food preparation and service, including taking orders, processing payments, serving food, and coffee makingAttend to guest and resident queries and / or complaintsFamiliarise yourself with the food and beverage offeringsOpening / closing of CaféEnsure the dining areas are clean and well presentedEnsure all end-of-day sales and till procedures are carried outGeneral cleaning duties within a kitchen, food preparation area, cold and storeroomsComply with all legislated Food Safety regulations.We are looking for casual staff available for day and / or evening shifts between Monday to Friday._About YouAt least 2 years' experience as a BaristaResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateFood Handlers Certificate (desirable)Completion of accredited Barista CourseExcellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a teamCourteous and pleasant attitude towards residents, guests and colleaguesAbility to work proactively and unsupervisedINTERESTED IN APPLYING?Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Police Clearance and have up-to-date Covid and Flu vaccinations, before commencing._
