Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our growing Code and Building Compliance team across Australia and New Zealand. You will support a variety of projects across the country including large commercial buildings, airports and schools, with opportunities to develop your career within a supportive and diverse team that prioritises safety, client service and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Assess building designs against the provisions of the National Construction Code / Building Code of Australia for a range of building classifications.
• Liaise with clients and prepare NCC / BCA compliance reports.
• Collaborate with clients to help upgrade their fire safety measures.
• Conduct site visits to view progression and completion of large projects.
• Prepare “Performance Solution” design verification reports for non-fire performance solutions.
