Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you'll be caring for our clients' diverse needs. Your responsibilities include :

Initial assessment of client needs and implementation of ongoing care, coordination, case management, and care planningProviding excellent care and service aligned with personalized care plansWorking holistically within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomesLiaising with and referring to other organizations as required to meet client needsYour AttributesWe're seeking a compassionate individual who :
