About the role

As part of the team in Coolum, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to undertake major projects, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

A typical day will involve :

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
