Kent Relocation Group – KRS is a tailored relocation coordination service focused on delivering exemplary customer service. This role is based in Darwin with hybrid flexibility to work from home and the Darwin office.

Responsibilities

• Displaying a flare for customer service to support our clients during the stressful process of relocating
• Liaise with suppliers and develop relationships to ensure the best client experience
• Acknowledge requests, respond to issues and handle escalations with a solution focused mindset
• Accurately and methodically entering client details in accordance with our IT platform

About You

Ideally you will have previous experience with client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. This role will come with a full induction and 2-week training program to get the individual up to speed.
