Job description

Start your career as a Graduate Occupational Therapist with ORS in Gosford, offering strong support, flexible work options, and meaningful client outcomes.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

  • Work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community.
  • Deliver assessments and interventions including functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and skill and capacity building programs.
  • Manage a reduced caseload tailored to your interests.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Participate in formal weekly 1 : 1 supervision with experienced clinicians.
  • Build strong client relationships and celebrate client achievements.

About You

The company is looking for :

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or pending).
  • Current car and driver’s licence.
  • WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check or willingness to obtain these.
  • A passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals.
