  • The ability to manage employees' personal information correctly and discretely is essential.

  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities of the APS Level 5 may include :

  • manage the day-to-day enquiries of the HR People Mailbox and hotline
  • provide advice to employees for general leave enquiries and other general human resources matters
  • complete correspondence to external stakeholders such as Statements of Service
  • prepare maternity leave schedules, draft voluntary redundancy calculations
  • review fortnightly pay exception reports to identify errors or incomplete processing of pay and leave entitlements and provide advice to SDO for correction of errors
  • develop / review SOP documentation where required
  • stay up to date with policies and guidelines to provide correct up to date advice
  • implement process improvements
  • Qualifications and Education
  • Human resources qualifications and / or certification is desirable but not essential
