Area Manager - Home Care , Ballina and Tweeds Head based role.
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a team of 3 Care Managers and 1 support worker team leader based in the Ballina and Tweeds Head area.
The Role
The Home Care Area Manager is a key management role. The role is responsible for the leadership, direction, oversight of care delivery, and business performance and growth within our Home Care community portfolio. The position encompasses strategic, governance and operational elements to ensure team members provide high-quality care and services to our clients in their own home and the community, while operating within budget, and meeting compliance requirements.
