Merge Marketing is a boutique agency that has grown 300+ hospitality brands over 15 years. We are looking for a passionate Marketing Account Manager to manage campaigns for private resorts, luxury hotels, and award‑winning restaurants across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid media platforms for new and existing clients.
- Lead client‑facing strategic discussions and manage substantial advertising budgets.
- Use data‑driven insights to continuously optimise campaigns and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications & Expectations
2+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience managing paid media campaigns.Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets.Expert‑level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok & LinkedIn Ads.Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking.Demonstrated ability to develop data‑driven strategies and translate insights into action.Excellent client‑facing communication skills and ability to present strategies and performance reports confidently.Experience with conversion tracking implementation (pixels, UTM parameters, event setup).Self‑motivated with autonomous working ability and strong project management skills.Comfortable working with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and ad platform APIs.Strategic Leadership
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives.Lead client strategy meetings and quarterly business reviews.Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data and industry trends.Set realistic KPIs and forecasts based on historical data and market conditions.Paid Media Management
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.Manage budgets and pacing across multiple platforms, ensuring spend aligns with monthly plans.Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and market opportunity assessments.Implement advanced targeting strategies, bidding optimisations, and creative testing.Stay current with platform updates, beta features, and emerging advertising opportunities.Analytics & Conversion Tracking
Set up and maintain conversion tracking across all platforms and touch points.Implement and troubleshoot pixels, tags, and tracking parameters.Identify optimisation opportunities through deep‑dive analysis.Reporting & Client Communication
Build comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations.Present campaign performance and strategic direction directly to clients.Proactively communicate budget pacing, performance trends, and optimisation plans.Campaign & Team Management
