Kitchen & Renovation Concepts is an award-winning medium-sized regional joinery manufacturing and installation business with a team of 35 employees (see www.krc.com.au).
For a sub-contractor role: A suitable agreed rate for an installation role.
For a full-time position, remuneration will be based on experience. Above award may be paid to suitably experienced candidates.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced cabinetmaker, joiner, or shopfitter to work on residential and commercial projects/Installation sub-contractor
- Located in Dubbo - a rapidly growing regional city 4.5 hours from Sydney in NSW (Australia) (https://youtu.be/rTPZDcsEXx4).
- Stable employment with an attractive hourly rate, monthly RDO, and overtime or sub-contractor rates
- Remuneration will be based on experience for a full-time role

For a full-time role:
- All facets of manufacturing and installing detailed joinery - kitchens and commercial, and residential cabinetry.
- Assembly of cabinetry and checking of work for quality assurance.
- Reading shop drawings and ensuring accurate processing of materials.
- An installation role would include some factory work but would also involve on-site skills such as the installation of cabinetry, benchtops, and associated joinery.
- Adhering to all work health and safety (WHS) best practices.
For a sub-contractor role: A suitable agreed rate for an installation role.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Trade qualification or experience in this field.
- A driver's license and a construction White Card.
- High attention to detail.
- Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment with a great work attitude.
For a full-time position, remuneration will be based on experience. Above award may be paid to suitably experienced candidates.
Dubbo is a growing regional centre with a population of about 50,000. It offers good educational and medical facilities as well as affordable housing.
