We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in HR, offering hands-on experience across key administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Duites will include, but are not limited to :
- Perform accurate data entry into the People Operations Database (POD)
- Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and hard copy
- Assist with formatting and updating job descriptions in line with company standards
- Provide administrative support during the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment panels
- Assist with general filing and document management
- Support the HR team with ad hoc tasks as required
Your Profile
Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and ExcelPrevious experience in an administrative or HR support role is desirable but not essentialAbility to handle confidential information with discretionMonday to Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm.
