Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in HR, offering hands-on experience across key administrative functions.

About Us

Responsibilities

Duites will include, but are not limited to :

  • Perform accurate data entry into the People Operations Database (POD)
  • Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and hard copy
  • Assist with formatting and updating job descriptions in line with company standards
  • Provide administrative support during the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment panels
  • Assist with general filing and document management
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc tasks as required

Your Profile

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Monday to Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm.
