The role

You’re a skilled and hands-on Leading Hand who leads by example and takes pride in running a smooth and efficient site. You love taking charge, guiding your crew, and coordinating all the on-site construction activities in your scope. Getting great results through motivating and supporting your team and subcontractors is what you do best.

What we need

3+ years practical site experience
Background delivering projects to Energex standards
Experience in trenching and backfilling for services
Experience with traffic signals an advantage
MR / HR Truck license will be highly regarded
Willing to travel, work away periodically / remotely, if required
Able to manage a diverse team of skilled trades and subcontractors
