At Heinemann, we are looking for exceptional Part Time Brand Ambassador of COTY (30 hours) and Full Time Brand Ambassador of Jo Malone (37.5 hours) to join our team at Gold Coast Airport!

As a Brand Ambassador you will

• Have previous experience in Beauty Retail, where you have maximized sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence
• Use your product knowledge and strong communication skills to go above and beyond a customer's expectations
• Be enthusiastic and a strong communicator
• Able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs
• Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously
• Be a team player that is committed to achieving personal and team goals
