Overview

We’re supporting a highly science-driven biotech advancing precision medicines for severe neurological disease, now building senior clinical leadership capability as programs move into early clinical development.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager / Study Lead / Clinical Program Lead to take ownership of trial strategy and execution, working closely with translational, medical and operational teams in a lean, high-impact environment.

Ideal background

• Direct experience delivering epilepsy or seizure-focused clinical trials
• Strong early-phase (Phase I / II) delivery and CRO oversight
• Comfortable operating as a true Study Lead in a biotech setting
• High scientific curiosity and strong cross-functional collaboration
• Global trial delivery experience preferred
