Key aspects of this role
Own full-cycle sales
Hold quota, generate pipeline (outbound including cold calls), run product demonstrations, manage enterprise stakeholders through to sales close, handover to Customer Success
Face of the Business
Authentically. professionally and actively promote ProcurePro, network with industry, attend and present at industry events
Be a subject matter expert
Keep on top of industry trends and know our product inside and out
Team Player
be the teammate everyone looks up to - share what works, what doesn't, and help the team win
Collaboration with Departments
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product and external Partners.
Own data & processes
use metrics to spot opportunities, refine strategies, & improve process.
Systems we use
Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Zoom (video calls), Lusha (B2B database), Gong (call recording / coaching)
You're ideal for the role if you have...
Software Sales experience
3-5+ years experience in SaaS Sales
Enterprise experience
Proven ability working with enterprise customers & Senior stakeholders
Construction industry experience
Positive if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology (or adjacent technologies, working with construction professionals)
Track record
Full cycle sales experience across small, medium and large enterprise deals
Exceptional communicator >
Excellent verbal and written communication, including enterprise contract negotiation skills
Fearless >
You will need to be relentless, resilient and tenacious
Hands On & Detailed
Get stuck in, no job is too small, operationally strong

$100k - $140k Base salary + Commissions + Super (salary based on experience)

What happens next
Shortlisted applicants will have an introductory call (20 mins)
Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role (~ 45 min)
You'll receive a short assessment to complete (~ 2 hours)
Assessment presentation and discussion call (1+ hour)
If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves.
