To help us continue delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences, we are seeking a capable and committed Team Administrator to join our Brisbane based team.

    This is more than an admin role. As the first point of contact for many of our clients and visitors, and a key support across our internal operations, you’ll play a central role in creating the seamless, professional experience that OnTalent is known for.

    What You’ll Do

    In this broad and varied role, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our office and provide trusted support across the team.

    Responsibilities include :

    • Managing front of house operations and providing a warm, polished welcome to clients, candidates, and guests
    • Delivering high quality administrative support including diary coordination, document formatting and system updates
    • Supporting our team across projects and daily priorities
    • Coordinating office events, team initiatives and internal communications
    • Maintaining a high standard of office presentation and efficiency
    • Acting as the point of contact for office suppliers and general coordination
    • This role is fast paced and collaborative, you’ll need to be highly organised, responsive and ready to jump in wherever needed.

      You will have :

    • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
    • A proactive, solution focused approach and the ability to anticipate needs
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Confidence working with Microsoft Office and other digital tools
    • A service mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
    • Experience in an administration, coordination or office support role (preferred)
