Legal Assistant - Owners Corporation

THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this law firm for an experienced Legal Assistant to work in the Owners Corporation team. This role will be supporting up to Principal level and their team, you will therefore be regarded as an integral member of the team. You will offer support and a variety of ad-hoc duties, including the following:

• Diary management;
• Answering phones and client enquiries;
• Drafting, editing, and formatting documents;
• Preparing briefs, discovery and contact with Barristers;
• Organising meetings and functions; and
• Assisting with billing.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have proven Legal Assistant experience ideally within litigation, have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a client service focus.

You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, and have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail.

A professional outlook backed by an ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst demonstrating a positive can-do attitude would see you fit in well with the team.

Students are encouaged to apply if you have Litigation experience, a minimum of 2 years left of study and you can work full time 5 days in office.
