Job descriptionGeneral maintenance tasks including but not limited to general repairs and maintenance painting carpentry minor electrical basic plumbing etc. Ensuring the facility grounds and external areas are kept clean and wellmaintained at all times. Ensuring that all tasks detailed on the daily weekly & monthly facility maintenance task lists are completed within set timeframes and all documentation is completed to ensure compliance. Maintain all machinery equipment and furniture to ensure its at working standards. Assist other tradespeople as required
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Handyman
- A good understanding of WH&S and ability to maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Highly organised with a proven capability to selfmanage and prioritise
- Ability to represent and build relationships with other divisions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- You must have full work rights within Australia
- A current clear Police Check
