    2025 Mid-Year Intake

    As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. With access to weekly supervision, market leading PD and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around you, Concentric will provide the foundations to build a long and successful career!

    About your new role :

    • A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
    • Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
    • A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way!
    • Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
    • Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.

    • Essential Qualifications and Experience :

    • Completed Bachelor AND / OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
    • Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
    • Unrestricted Australian work rights
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
