Business Banking Manager

Company Overview :

They are one of Australia's leading banks, with both National and International reach. As a result of continued growth and successes, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Banker to join their team within the SME segment.

Role Overview :

You will specialise within the SME segment of up to $3 million and be based in the key business centre / s in the south eastern region and district of Melbourne working alongside like minded and experienced bankers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of customers with business and commercial lending needs up to $5 million
• Utilise your local network and engage with the community to grow and develop your portfolio
• Provide a holistic approach to understanding your customers' needs and come up with solutions in their best interest
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products and services

Skills and Experience required :

• Experience in Business Lending, ideally in the $3-5 million range;
• An established network of referral partners and centres of influence in your local community;
• Knowledge of all small to medium enterprise loan and deposit products, in addition to all other products and services; and
• A love of building long term business relationships and business development.
