    • To assist our consultants on a daily basis your duties will consist of
    • Entering details onto our database
    • Raising client Invoices & preparing weekly payroll
    • Receiving general inquiries regarding employment opportunities
    • Generating contracts and extension letters
    • Arranging transport to new jobs
    • Maintaining job files for QA purposes
    • Reference Checking
    • Assisting Directors with general administration duties
    • Any other ad hoc administrative duties
    • You will have
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy
    • Quickbooks / Reckon, MYOB or Xero experience is ideal
    • Advanced Word and Excel skills
    • At least 40wpm word-processing speed
    • Great communication skills & an outgoing personality
    • Permanent residence or be a citizen of Australia
