The Opportunity

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment of apprentices and trainees, connecting quality candidates – including those from disadvantaged groups – with host employers across a mix of blue and white-collar industries.

You’ll deliver a recruitment experience that’s people-focused and fully compliant, working flexibly with a wide variety of stakeholders – from young people entering the workforce for the first time to businesses with evolving workforce needs.

About you
