Project Lead, Training Product Development

This is the ideal role for a VET expert who loves turning complex policy into practical, high-quality training solutions! This is your chance to shape nationally recognised training products that directly respond to industry need—while working flexibly from anywhere in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and co‑design of accredited training products
• Apply national VET frameworks including TPOF, AQF and ACSF
• Ensure alignment with Qualifications Reform and quality design principles
• Develop Companion Volume Implementation Guides (CVIGs) and educator support materials
• Provide technical advice to external writers and contractors
• Engage RTOs, educators and industry stakeholders through consultation and validation
• Contribute to training package scoping, rationalisation and quality assurance
• Coordinate compliance checks and ensure consistency across products
