We have regular weekday shifts available across the “Lake Macquarie” (Jesmond, Shortland, Lambton, New Lambton, Kotara, Newcastle, Mayfield, Tighes Hill, Merewether, Charlestown, Adamstown, Whitebridge) region, with services starting between 7am – 9am.

A Day in the Life

No two days are ever the same! You’ll be supporting clients in their homes and out in the community with things like:

• Companionship – a friendly chat can brighten someone’s whole day
• Personal care – support with showering, dressing, grooming
• Domestic assistance – light cleaning to keep homes safe and comfortable
• Assist with Medication– help keep routines on track
• Transport – helping with appointments or grocery runs
• Meal prep – preparing simple, nutritious meals
• Meaningful moments – supporting hobbies, social connection, and independence

📍 Location: Lake Macquarie (Jesmond, Shortland, Lambton, New Lambton, Kotara, Newcastle, Mayfield, Tighes Hill, Merewether, Charlestown, Adamstown, Whitebridge)
🕒 Availability: Mon – Fri 7am – 5pm

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting others
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Cert III in Individual Support ( Or similar )
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable car, current driver’s licence & comprehensive car insurance
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks
