Your Role Your Impact:

Restaurant Manager

• Lead & Motivate: Drive engagement and growth with a team of 2050.
• Mind the Business: Manage rostering recruiting stock and compliance with support from Area Managers.
• Support Growth: Help your team grow through check-ins performance reviews and talent pipelines.
• Know your Numbers:Manage profit & loss budgets and KPIs to ensure success.
• Make a Difference:Drive our Local Matters program by engaging with community groups.

Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Lead the Squad: As motivator in chief work alongside the Restaurant Manager to inspire motivate and guide yourteam.
• Hands-On Action: Be in the thick of itgrillinrunning the floor and supporting your team.
• Deliver Quality: Stay on top of safety food quality andmaintainhigh standardsfor every guest experience and every burger.
• Smash Goals: Drive team performance hit targets and celebrate wins.
