The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of new build projects across Sydney, managing construction from design coordination through to handover.

This role will see you managing a dedicated site and commercial team, overseeing project performance, client communication, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of new build projects up to $30M
• Oversee project planning, programming, and reporting
• Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Drive safety, quality, and budget outcomes across all stages
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycle
