About the Role

As Finance Business Partner you will provide comprehensive financial partnering and analysis to aid the Business Unit (BU) Leader and Functional Managers in decision-making and achieving business objectives.

You’ll have the opportunity to :

• Work with the BU Leader and Functional Managers to provide business partnering and financial information, tools, and analysis to aid in decision-making.
• Prepare BU quarterly budgets and forecasts and review them with the BU Leader and the Group Financial Controller.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial and management reporting to the BU Leader and key management team members.
• Prepare BU reporting requirements, including monthly NR Reports, Quarterly Analytics, and Attrition Reports.
• Support bid teams in the preparation of complex bids and tenders, assessing financial and revenue recognition implications of bid structures.
• Participate in project review meetings with Project Managers, reviewing hours expended and estimates to complete, monitor project billing milestones, and report WIP balance and aging or deferred revenue positions.
• Prepare project revenue in accordance with revenue recognition checklists and company policies, preparing NR reports and variance analysis.
• Oversee Customer billings processes and overall revenue management for the BU.
• Review EBITA variance analysis of BU financial results against the budget and provide commentary for review.
• Review and authorize monthly, quarterly, and annual software maintenance invoicing and project invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures and assist with audit responses as required.
• Train Functional Managers and Finance staff in processes and procedures as needed.
