Chef De Partie

Mercure Perth is seeking a skilled Casual Chef de Partie to support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will assist in menu preparation ensure high standards of food quality and presentation and supervise kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assist in managing kitchen operations delegating duties and ensuring service demands are met.
• Support menu preparation stock management and cost control.
• Ensure food preparation cooking and presentation adhere to established recipes and brand standards.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain hygiene food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
• Assist with rostering training and team development.
• Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with suppliers.
• Act as an ambassador for Accor supporting the Heartist culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Accors ESG initiatives and sustainability programs.
