The role can be part-time (school hours, 5 days a week) for a parent, or a full-time permanent position.
Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include :
- End-to-end Accounts Payable
- Processing invoices (stock & non-stock)
- Managing the AP inbox
- Handling international and local payments
- Managing funds in multiple currencies
- Conducting payment runs fortnightly
- Assisting with training and mentoring new finance admin employees
- Supporting change, process, and system implementations / improvements
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required
- Prime location in Moorabbin

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year's experience in a similar Accounts Payable role and be a natural problem solver. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Strong communication skills, a flair for numbers, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
