Our fantastic client are a dynamic & social boutique Accounting Practice whom have a huge focus on customer service and are currently going from strength to strength. They work with a range of clients from simple wage tax returns through to small / medium sized businesses & everything in between and absolutely love what they do & the clients they work with.
They currently have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join this close-knit & friendly team within a varied & busy role. It's a great opportunity to be an integral part of the team whilst they are going through an exciting growth phase in their business.
What's on offer? A great role within a friendly team in a paperless office environment close to lots of fantastic cafes for that morning coffee or delicious lunch. They are happy to pay for a car park if you are driving in and although preference is for full-time hours they are also happy to consider those looking for around 30 hours a week as well. Duties include but are not limited toReception dutiesGreeting customers & booking appointmentsProviding exceptional customer service to clientsReplenishing coffee machine, water, etc and making coffee / tea as requiredChecking incoming mail and scanning as requiredDocument and Workflow Management / JobflowsLodging various tax documents with the Australian Tax OfficeCollating various tax documents to be sent to clients & tracking statusPreparing tax invoices for clientsEnsuring company database & clients details are up to dateLiaising with third parties including ATO as requiredAssisting with organising events & seminarsManage workflow to ensure all deadlines are metManaging debt collection with clientsManaging ASIC company secretarialAttending to business name registrations & renewalsGeneral office duties including housekeeping tasksGeneral Administrative assistance to the team to assist in the smooth running of the day to day officeAd hoc tasks when requiredRequirements3+ yrs experience within a Reception / Administration / Client Services position previouslyPrior experience having worked within an Accounting firm environment / professional services highly regardedEnjoy meeting & greeting clients upon arrivalHandle confidential information professionally & with discretionTech savvy and comfortable working in a paperless environmentPractical experience dealing with relevant third parties & systems highly regarded (Ie : ATO, ABR, ASIC, XPM (Xero Practice Manager), Nowinfinity, SuiteFiles, Seamlss)Intermediate skills in MS Suite - Outlook, Word, ExcelProfessionally presented with excellent communication skills - Written & VerbalBe punctual, dependable and well organised with day to day tasks.Have initiative and be pro-active with excellent organisational skills.Able to prioritise workload & keep staff informed of where tasks are at.Have excellent attention to detail & accuracy with data entryAbility to multi-task and work well to deadlinesTeam player with a friendly disposition that is passionate about customer serviceIf you meet the requirements & like the sound of this opportunity please submit your resume along with a cover letter outlining your interest in & suitability for the role via theAPPLY NOWbutton.Kasia Mieczkowski
