There will be on-the-job training provided and progression opportunities for the successful applicant.As The Contracts Administrator You Will Be Responsible ForPreparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation (including award).Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.Progress claim assistance and external variations.Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts.Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsTo be considered for the position of Contracts Administrator you will require : Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia.Residential housing experience preferable.Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.Benefits : Established company of over 10 years in SydneyGrowing project pipelineCareer development and promotion opportunitiesCohesive and inclusive team of 6Large company with reputable brand name across multiple statesExperienced upper management and leadership team.Down to earth and personable, yet highly professional and hard-working Senior Project Manager overseeing this rolePlenty of parking on site in a convenient location in the northwestFor any questions relating to this role please contact Anca Marinescu on (02) 9376 8200 or click apply.
