Our client is an international technology company at the forefront of high-performance computing (HPC) with a strong foundation in applied physics. They are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Perth CBD on a fulltime basis. Monday to Friday.

  • List of Responsibilities (not necessarily exhaustive)
  • Welcoming clients and visitors and assisting with other enquiries
  • Answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate staff members and taking messages as required
  • Ensuring that appropriate cover is in place for answering phone calls and covering reception during office hours
  • Providing a prompt and professional service to clients, visitors and staff
  • General office management such as ordering stationary, document binding, handling couriers, post and all forms of mail
  • Assisting with the arrangement of business meetings and room bookings
  • Maintaining general office files, including vendors and other related to the admin operations
  • Meeting room tidiness, preparation and appearance
  • Maintaining cleanliness of Office kitchen
  • Supervise maintenance & cleaning contractors for scheduled services like Fridge cleaning, coffee machine maintenance etc.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when needed
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism
  • Complying with the Company's HSE policy
  • The successful applicant should
  • Have previous Administration or Reception experience
  • Be friendly, honest and reliable
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have proficient computer, typing and data entry skills
  • Be attentive to detail
  • Have ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Be efficient and demonstrate initiative
