We are inviting expressions of interest fromenthusiastic and caring Early ChildhoodCo-Educators who may be interested in joining our team ineither Kindergarten or Extended HoursCare settings.

At Lauriston, our Co-Educators, work collaboratively withqualified educators to support the delivery of high-quality earlylearning programs, contributing to the wellbeing, safety, andengagement of children, assisting with daily routines, and helpingto create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of play-based and inquiry-ledlearning programs
• Assist with supervision, transitions, and daily routinesincluding lunch and rest periods
• Build positive relationships with children, families, andcolleagues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learningenvironment
• Contribute to observations and documentation ofchildren’s learning
• Uphold confidentiality and child safety standards
