    • As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our participant by offering respectful, empathetic, and reliable assistance. Your commitment will help foster independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support tailored to the participant's needs
  • Assist with daily activities and community engagement
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
  • Communicate effectively with the participant and support team
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times

  • Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
  • Experience in support work or related fields preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week consistently
