Hybrid working with 2-3 days working from home.Vibrant and supportive team environment.CBD location near various public transport links.Work for a well-regarded Travel Insurance Company.Progression and development opportunities as the company continues to grow.Ongoing training and development.Sydney CBD location and work from home flexibility (3 days in office per week).Vibrant team culture, working alongside a supportive and friendly team.Great opportunity for someone to develop in the travel space and liaise with a range of clients.Position Description Liaising with customers and clients to identify their insurance needs.Upsell and cross-sell additional products, ensuring customers are aware of all relevant options so that they are equipped to choose a policy to suit their travel needs.Explaining the details of insurance policies, including coverage, premiums and benefits, to potential customers. Assisting customers in determining the appropriate type and level of coverage.Calculating premiums and establishing payment methods.Recording and maintaining information regarding customers and their policies.Understanding and accurately conveying products and services in a compliant manner to ensure travellers have a complete understanding of their coverage.Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and assistance with claims and policy details.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM system.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.Adhere to company guidelines and compliance regulations.Hours : Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm.Skills and Experience Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance or travel industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A positive, proactive and go-getter attitude.Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.A willingness to learn and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment.Seniority levelSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesInsuranceReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Fast Cover Travel Insurance by 2x
