About the role:

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Quilpie Depot.

asks and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Support team with everyday depot operations
• Inventory control/stock management
• Daily retail reconciliationEnd of month reconciliation

Your skills and experience include:

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Initiative and problem solving skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
• Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Customer service focused and the ability to work well within a team
• Previous administration experience
