We’re excited to introduce the newly created role of Community Engagement Officer , designed to strengthen our connections with the community, increase awareness of our services, and build lasting relationships with clients, families, and partner organisations.

About The Role
Reporting to the Area Manager Care Finder & Community Engagement, you will design and deliver strategies that grow awareness and trust in our services, ensuring Care Connect remains responsive to the needs of the community.
About You
You are a natural connector with strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with communities. You bring both creativity and structure to outreach, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration.
Most importantly, you will share our workplace values of Collaboration and Courage, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence – CARE – in everything you do.
To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights, current Police & Working With Children Checks – we can arrange police checks for successful candidates. Our selection process also includes psychometric assessment.
