What We Offer :

Real Support : Weekly 1 : 1 and Weekly Group Mentoring (regardless of your experience—mentoring doesn’t end after six months!), in‑session coaching & support, time to shadow and learn, co‑treatment spaces for collaboration, and online sessions with world‑class clinicians like Kim Barthel and Sheila Frick. You’ll be part of a connected, playful, learning‑driven team.

For example, Sophie started as an OT in our Berkeley Vale clinic and took on leadership roles managing scheduling and social media, later becoming the Clinical Manager at our Bella Vista clinic. Tayla is our Head of Giving and also leads our Social Media , Jake coordinates MoveAbout Mentoring Program , and Rachel leads our Group Learning and Student Programs . Leadership can happen at all levels – even new grads have led initiatives like our healthy snack program . Whatever your goals, MoveAbout will help you lead in ways that matter to you.

Work‑Life Balance : A manageable caseload that grows gradually, plenty of shadow time, and flexible hours. We also offer 14 weeks of paid parental leave.

What We’re Looking For :

Passion for paediatric OT and supporting children with Autism, sensory processing challenges, motor delays, and trauma.

A desire to grow as part of a connected team. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced OT, we want to support your journey.

Registration with AHPRA and relevant OT qualifications.

Your First 100 Days

You’ll start with a small caseload and grow gradually, allowing you to observe sessions and engage in our structured 0-100 Days onboarding program . This gives you time to truly settle in and develop confidence in your role. We have a bank of videos from our group mentoring sessions to support your learning – you can get a taste of these on our YouTube channel .

But the support doesn’t stop at 100 days. Every therapist receives weekly 1 : 1 support and weekly group support no matter their level of experience.
