    • Located in or near Upper Mount Gravatt
    • Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable
    • Transferrable skills from Call Center, telemarketing or Customer Service industry
    • A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • High level of customer service coupled with excellent all-round communication skills
    • Planning, organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work from the office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

    • About the Role

      As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will handle inbound telephone calls while providing a strong and exceptional customer experience. This role supports a diverse range of customers across Australia who require support with their journey back to meaningful employment across our Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services contract (moving to the new name of Inclusive Employment Australia later this year)

      Some tasks as part of this role include :

    • Working in a fast-paced environment with the skill to multi-task across various systems and screens whilst maintaining telephone contact
    • Understanding and working to complex administrative procedures and contractual guidelines
    • Engage effectively with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters
    • Relaying information to a diverse range of customers
    • Undertaking administration tasks
