Job descriptionForklift Licence (essential). High reach forklift experience preferred but not essential. Willingness to work in all areas of the distribution centre, including forklift operation and general storeperson tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive attitude. Ability to lift and move products as required. Available to work the required hours (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 06 PM, Monday to Friday) Salary : $69,612 + Super Work in a climate controlled environment Full training and ongoing support. We are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual to join our clients team as a Forklift Operator / Storeperson within their busy distribution centre based in Derrimut. This role is ideal for someone who is willing to take on a variety of tasks, with the forklift operation being only one part of the role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate a forklift, with a focus on high reach (preferred but not essential).
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is stored correctly.
- Be flexible and open to taking on various tasks across the distribution centre as needed.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
