What you’ll do

Lead our dynamic team at our Ramsay Pharmacy - John Flynn Private Hospital!

Our community pharmacy is located on the ground floor of John Flynn Private Hospital and is well established in the Gold Coast and Tweed Valley community. The pharmacy’s primary purpose is to service the hospitals outpatients and provide centralised patient care to the local community.

We are seeking a passionate Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations, inspire our on-site team and provide top tier pharmacy services to our valued customers. This is a permanent full-time role that offers the perfect blend of career growth and lifestyle in a great community.

Lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers.

Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.

Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA

Strong leadership skills , capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.

High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software

Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide :

Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases

A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
