Head Barista

Layers Bakery is seeking for a happy and energetic full time Head Barista to join our team!

Tuesday to Saturday 6 : 30am - 2 : 30pm

Seeking an experienced barista leader to join us full time to become the friendly face behind our La Marzocco Machine.

To be successful in this role you must be well organised, deal with high volumes of coffee (we are a busy venue), efficient and have strong communication skills.

To qualify for the positions you will need the following skills and attributes :

• Able to work to work well under pressure - high volumes with consistency
• Excellent customer service standards + skills (customer service is our number one product)
• Responsibility for aspects of coffee production, ordering and quality
• Latte Art Enthusiast : Some experience in creating latte art, including ferns, tulips, and hearts.
• Be outgoing and friendly
