Join TAL in a role that puts you at the heart of strengthening our risk culture. As a Senior Risk Analyst in our Customer & Brand team, you’ll support the Business Manager in delivering key Line 1 risk activities, including risk assessments, incident management and reporting. You’ll help drive compliance with the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) and champion a strong, proactive approach to risk across the business.
In This Role You Will :
- Support the management of incidents, breaches, issues, and actions across Customer & Brand;
- Collaborate with control owners to develop and execute the annual Controls Assessment Plan for Customer & Brand;
- Lead the annual Risk and Controls Self‑Assessment across the business unit;
- Prepare regular risk‑related reports for the Leadership Team, Executive Team and Board;
- Assist the Customer & Brand Business Manager in implementing the FAR requirements across the business unit;
- Lead uplift activities required for CPS230;
- Ensure ongoing compliance with risk management policies and procedures, including Data, Records and Third‑Party Risk Management;
- Lead business resilience related activities for Customer & Brand.
Qualifications
Relevant academic qualifications : a university degree in a related field;3+ years in a relevant Risk Management and / or Compliance role, preferably within the financial services or life insurance industry;Ability to work autonomously and take initiative;Passion for delivering high‑quality outcomes;Excellent communication skills with proven experience in engaging with senior stakeholders;Strong ability to build long‑lasting working relationships;Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Additional Information
