Steritech is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our Mickleham team. This hands‑on role is vital to keeping our plant and equipment running smoothly, combining practical mechanical skills with strong administrative and computer literacy to plan, record, and optimise maintenance activities.

Position Overview
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our plant, equipment, and site infrastructure. If you’re technically minded, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced, regulated environment – we want to hear from you.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the primary contact for all breakdown and maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment is kept in optimal working condition to support smooth and safe operations. You’ll also contribute to preventive maintenance, after‑hours support, contractor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
