About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Broker Assistant. In this role, you’ll work closely with our senior brokers to service and grow a client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in the insurance industry while contributing to our clients’ success. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals Deliver exceptional customer service with quick turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters and other stakeholders Assist with account management and debtor management Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and cost efficiencies, working closely with the Gallagher Service Centre Collect and analyse client information to support brokers in pinpointing key issues Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and policies for both internal and external clients Stay informed about industry trends by attending training sessions, seminars and events Uphold ethical, professional, and integrity-driven business practices in all activities What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Insurance or Financial Services industry. Key Skills and Qualifications: Tier 1 qualification (desirable) OR willingness to complete upon commencement (fully supported by Gallagher) Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
