Regional Service Planner Team Lead

Our Perth team has an exciting opportunity available for an organised, efficient and dedicated Service Planner Team Leader. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive company culture and will be reporting to the Business Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for :

• Supervising a team of 3-4 Service Controllers / Support Coordinators
• Organising and scheduling regular servicing for our clients
• Manage the planning and allocation of service runs and scheduling to achieve a minimum of 98.5% State of Service
• Handling all paperwork and administration related to servicing activities
• To oversee the scheduling of adhoc job work, Initial Installations, Complaint Call Backs etc to ensure continued planning schedules are maintained
• Ensuring coordination of the Service Technician's routes is achieved effectively and productively
• Daily communication with the Service Technicians to provide information, changes, queries, stock or equipment issues etc
• Ensure end of month duties are completed
