Job descriptionUnrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available). 1–2 years’ supervisory experience in a hotel restaurant or high‑quality dining environment. Experience working across rotational shifts in busy, all‑day dining or à la carte operations. Familiarity with restaurant Point-of-Sale systems. Physically capable of being on your feet for extended periods, with frequent bending / kneeling and the ability to lift up to 20kg. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required. Strong organisational ability with skills in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Meets all local food handling and alcohol service regulations, including being above the legal serving age and fluent in local language. Confident, warm, and engaging communicator who builds rapport easily. NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Job Description
Join the team delivering premium hospitality within the Qantas Lounges at Sydney Airport. As a Full Time - Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting your team, maintaining service quality, and enhancing productivity.
Your day to day
- Lead and support the team to deliver high‑quality Food & Beverage service aligned with Qantas and Accor brand standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Qantas service expectations and ensure delivery matches consistently.
- Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, operational challenges, and daily communication needs.
- Run briefings and deliver daily training sessions to build team capability.
- Ensure the lounge is always service‑ready : grooming standards met, equipment clean and organised, and glassware polished.
- Uphold all health, safety, compliance, and brand standards, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.
