Responsibilities
- Launch existing (with the latest data) and new products into Vascular Surgery
- Employ solution-based sales techniques with a holistic approach and introduce new vascular technologies to market
- Build partnerships and deliver technical training to Specialist Vascular Surgeons and some Interventional Radiologists
- Provide clinical and technical support to procedures in operating theatres and Cath Labs
- Create and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales forecasts and ensure profitability
- Collaborate within the team to achieve business goals and maintain high levels of customer service
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences locally, interstate, and internationally
- Utilise relationship-building skills for continuous business development
- Sell and support a leading range of technologies in vascular interventions
About You
Tertiary qualifications in science, medical or health-related field (or equivalent experience) preferredProven track record of sales success within a technical, surgical and / or interventional fieldStrong clinical, technical, organisational, and time management skillsEffective communication and negotiation skillsStrategic thinker who can dissect a territory for best ROIDemonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide expert solutionsSelf-motivated with high resilience and a positive can-do attitudeCulture and Benefits
